Simple Sesame Noodles

These noodles are a breeze to make and are absolutely perfect! I’m keeping this recipe around for when I’m in a scrape.

Sesame oil has such a deep and unique flavor, making these seemingly simple noodles surprisingly interesting. I made the entire 12 ounces and ate it all in two days.

Simple Sesame Noodles from The Pioneer Woman

12 oz. noodles, Cooked And Drained
¼ cups Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Sugar
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
3 Tbs Pure Sesame Oil
½ tsp Hot Chili Oil
4 Tbs Canola Oil
2 Tbs Hot Water
4 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin

Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.
Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
Serve in a bowl with chopsticks. Yummy!

I’m looking forward to playing around with this on! Let me know any changes you make. I omitted the canola oil and added a bit more soy sauce and sriracha.

This looks amazing! What kind of side dish would you serve it with?

      Thank you!

I just ate it with some frozen egg rolls. I think it would be great as a side or with stir-fry!

This is a keeper–my local gourmet grocery store makes a noodle dish that I love and have been looking to duplicate. I think you’ve got it! Thank you.
